"We had two heats of Stock Cars and two heats of Bangers. Top qualifier for the Stock Cars was Terry Crowley with 196 laps from 3 rounds. Final positions:-
1st Terry Crowley 64 laps, wins the "Heddy Evans Trophy" for 12 months. 2nd Carl Baker 63 laps, 3rd Chris Flynn 58, 4th Martin Riley 58, 5th Anthony Wyper 58, 6th Elliot Oliver 56, and 7th David Smith 32 laps. Davids front ball-races did him no favours !!
Bangers - Top qualifier and trophy went to Warren Riley with 141 laps from three rounds, 2nd, and a trophy went to Elliot Oliver with 128 laps, and 3rd place with a trophy went to Ben Talbot with 125 laps. The meeting rounded off with a Banger destruction derby won by young Sarah Redikin, who won herself a free bodyshell"
